Part of the SIGMA Software service concept are:
- ROHR2 and SINETZ software trainings
- Maintenance contracts, including software updates, service releases and user support/hotline.

In case of questions during installation and utilization of ROHR2 and SINETZ we support you in several ways:
- a comprehensive program documentation (manuals for each program module)
- the ROHR2 board, information platform around ROHR2 and SINETZ
- contact the Support Team by telephone or e-mail

The program support is available for program licenses under valid maintenance contract.
