As you were informed by your PROBAD licensor IBM Deutschland, IBM Deutschland GmbH and SIGMA Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH have entered a partnership for 2017 with the aim of transferring the sole responsibility for PROBAD to the company SIGMA from the 1st of January 2018.
 
The integration of the PROBAD support into the responsibility of SIGMA was the first step of providing the users of PROBAD a continues software support.

Since January 2017 the PROBAD support team is at your disposal, supporting the SIGMA team with the so far known contact persons.

The SIGMA board for the software products ROHR2 and SINETZ has been extended by a category for PROBAD, so you are welcome to stay in contact with other users and our support team on this platform as well.

Future development und PROBAD user meeting


As part of the ROHR2/PROBAD usermeeting, which will be held on September 11/12, 2017 at the location ROHRMEISTEREI in 58239 Schwerte, Germany, we will demonstrate a first prototype and discuss the future development of PROBAD with the users.

The development with be focused on a new,  intuitive and modern graphical user interface, which will be unified for all available modules.

Additional the following aspects will be part of the future development:

• Optimizing of the documentation  
• Actualization of and extension of the databases for components and materials
• Adapting the license management acc. to the system of ROHR2, in order to provide updates by email.

Service time of the program support

The user support provides advice on installation and application of the program (hotline-service) on workdays (Mondays to Fridays) from 9.00 - 16.00 (Central European Time).
